Now that COVID-19 restrictions are nowhere to be found, Maritime Training Institutions (MTI) are fully opening their training centers for seafarers.
MARINA implemented special regulations like the blended learning mode which is a combination of online and face-to-face classes.
This improvement helped keep our seafarers in compliance with international regulations.
Here are the lists of MARINA-approved training centers. It includes their addresses, contact details, training directors, and authorized courses with their license expiration.

These training centers help decongest the number of seafarers in Manila. Similarly, it’s the same principle why the Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA) opens regional branches all over the country.
A few of these training centers offer only a handful of courses while others have a lot. These are satellite branches with some having their main office in Manila that offer complete training courses for all ranks.
